For many years I have attributed the following quote, "Bidden or Unbidden, God is Present," to Carl Gustav Jung. I know that this quote was actually above a door at his home in Switzerland. I want to make a collage using this phrase so I Googled only to find that it wasn't Jung who originated it. He found it in the Latin writings of Desiderius Erasmus. Since I was trained as a journalist, I am totally freaked out when it comes to attribution.
But, doing the research of the quotes background, brought about a nice synchronicity. I like to think that Jung is smiling down because WikiQuotes has such a wonderful set of pages on Jung's works and his quotes.
Tonight I have my laptop hooked up next to my Mac Mini while a nice man on my Mac users group list serv is walking me via e-mail through trying to figure out why my network connection has gotten so slow. Wish us luck.
